Founder: Jairod James
Hometown: Cleveland, Ohio
Jairod James founded Imperium Pools with a simple mission: deliver reliable, professional pool service that homeowners can trust week after week.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Jairod brings a disciplined and technical approach to pool service shaped by his military background and advanced technical training. That experience allows Imperium Pools to operate with structured systems and attention to detail—ensuring every pool is serviced consistently and professionally.
What Jairod enjoys most about running Imperium Pools is the opportunity to provide peace of mind to homeowners. A clean, balanced pool should never be something customers have to worry about. Through dependable weekly service and preventative maintenance, Imperium Pools helps customers keep their pools swim-ready year-round.
Outside of business, Jairod has a long background in athletics and competition. He is an NCAA Division III National Champion in Wrestling and currently trains as a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where he finished Top 12 in the world at purple belt in 2025.
